The Application Process
To receive financial incentives, a Project Application must be submitted to the FCIDA Board for review and approval.

In addition to FCIDA incentives, New York State offers various financing programs for businesses expanding or relocating within the state, such as the Excelsior Jobs Program and the Consolidated Funding Application process.
